KMDR Research has studied behavioral modification strategies used within the health industry. Drawing upon proven strategies from other industries, we can now begin to assess and anticipate what techniques succeed in energy education. Understanding the process of change will help us become better educators, better designers of affordability programs, and even better evaluators of utility programs.
